PRC supports #ProjectADVANCE through conduct of Reading Enhancement for Incoming Grade 7 students
PRC representative Karen Faith Salgado, one of the first kids-recipients of PRC services way back 2010, conducted reading exercises among the summer class attendees.
Pilar Reading Center conducted its own #ProjectREACH or Reading Enhancement and Activities for inComing High School Students. It served reading exercises among student participants primarily focused on one basic reading skill: speed and comprehension.
The exercises hope to help student to widen horizon and enhance reading and comprehension skills. After each selection, there are questions students must answer to cultivate and enrich vocabulary and level of understanding.
Project REACH has previously helped honor graduates and interested takers of National Competitive Examination 2015.
