As part of Borrow Books for Brgy Banuyo Program (4Bs) of Pilar Reading Center (PRC), we offer the recommended books by posting them online thru Facebook. Other interested borrowers in the neighborhood of the Reading Center also visit and select from the table of books displayed everyday.
A week ago, we posted about “staying safe, healthy and educated at home” thru books in which one Facebook friend commented via photo comment, and later on with #lovereading. It was Madam Annie Lleno Perete fondly called as Miss A, the current PESO Manager and PIO of LGU-Pilar.
During the posting of Week 2 Recommended books, Miss A specifically requested “Deception Point by Dan Brown”. PRC responded yes since the her office ( PESO and PIO) is a street away from Pilar Reading Center’s location.
On April 27, 2020 ( 4 days after her online query to borrow the books), Pilar Reading Center delivered the book to Madam Annie Perete at her office. PRC was represented by Lowel Andrian Solayao, Founder.
