When to visit a place, visit its library.

Yesterday, some PRC volunteers visited City Library of Ligao, Albay. The place was a comfortable place to read. The magazines and other books are latest and are updated.

It was a wonderful visit! Hoping to reach and read in libraries around Bicol Region.
