Pilar Reading Center as advocacy and as organization was formally presented to the Barangay Banuyo Barangay Council Meeting this morning (September 10, 2016).
Brief history of the reading center was relayed to the barangay captain and kagawad. Services of the center were also presented.
Hoping for collaboration and partnership with the council in the PRC’s celebration of the Buwan Ng Pagbasa.
