May 30, 2016PRC to continue Project Bayanihan
Inspired by the spirit of bayanihan which is unique among the Filipinos, Pilar Reading Center hopes to continue its Project Bayanihan on its Year 4 in preparation for September 2016 LET.
PRC believes that every graduate is a hero ( bayani ). In order for them to realize his/her goals in life and fulfill the dream of being a licensed teacher, he/she needs to pass and surpass the Licensure Examination of Teachers. ( LET ).
Born on 2014, this project aims to help college graduates (fresh graduates and LET retakers) to pass the LET. This project invites interested Pilarinos who do not have enough money for expensive review centers located in the urban areas.
Each year, it has continued to register 100% passing rate among its reviewees. On year 2014, this project produced the Regional Topnotcher- Secondary Level. On March 2015 and Sept 2015 LET, all its reviewees passed the board examinations.
Some took the Sunday afternoon review sessions while others only took the Final Coaching.
Project Bayanihan Year 4 is now headed by now licensed teacher and PRC President, Arvie Nasayao and Irene Marticio, PRC Secretary. Both took the LET review at PRC.
Nasayao was an attendee of Project Bayanihan Year 3 and Marticio was a a reviewee of Project Bayanihan Year 2.
