The PRC Pillars namely Lowel Andrian M. Solayao, founder of PRC, Arvie L. Nasayao, co-founder, Irene S. Marticio, co-founder visited the Civil Service Office Region V for special reason: Eligibility certificate purposes.

The three, by God’s grace, are all Civil Service eligible. Solayao and Nasayao are PD 907 grantee and Marticio is a Civil Service passer.

The best friends all coming from the same barangay, San Jose, Pilar, Sorsogon started a reading center with two other young readers namely Williard Salgado of Banuyo, Pilar, Sorsogon and Crismen De Borja of Ginablan, Pilar, Sorsogon.

As the center grows, it has invited more friends joining the advocacy for literacy and education.
